Seminars and Solutions recently held a four-day training series with over fifty delegates for BOC. Seminars & Solutions provided BOC’s management team with bespoke sessions on Line Management and Legislation for their UK Customer Service Centre. The aim was to explore the role and responsibilities of Team Leaders and Line Managers in Employment Law compliance.

With the recession upon us, there is an increasing pressure on Mangers to ensure their employees are happy and productive within the workplace, and also to reduce potential costly conflicts. Seminars & Solutions provided the CSC Management Team with bespoke training; teaching managers how to deal with employee issues and thereby supporting BOC to operate as a high performance organisation. The training is provided is unique; incorporating proven practical skills which are easy to apply and understand, enhancing the way a manager and the business operates.
